When my son Fred turned 4, I decided to try making him a gingerbread house instead of a birthday cake. A tradition was born. Over the years the sweet structures have taken a lot of forms and flavors. Many have been game-themed, as he was born to play (and design) high-tech games. Here follow some of the results, as well as some not-so-ordinary cookie-cutter cookies.
